A Sudden Downpour in Nashik Sinnar
Just as we began fulfilling an exciting international order from the UK, our city faced unprecedented rainfall. The heavy downpour led to flooding in our electricity meter room, a disaster we never anticipated.
Electricity Meter Burned – 3 Days of Silence
The water seeped into the electrical system and burned our shop’s main electricity meter. For three long days, we were completely cut off—no power, no printing, and a mounting delay in production.
Generator Attempt – Not Enough Power
In an urgent attempt to resume operations, we used a generator. But unfortunately, our industrial machines require 7 kV, while our generator could only supply 2 kV—far from enough to restart our workflow.
Inverter Investment – A Partial Fix
To keep at least part of the production moving, we purchased a high-end inverter worth ₹22,000 INR. However, this could only support our DTF industrial printer, leaving other critical equipment still idle.
The Bigger Problem – Printhead Clogged
Without operation for 3 days, our DTF printer's printhead clogged—a technical issue that can destroy print quality completely. We had no option but to replace the printhead, which cost us a steep ₹25,800 INR.
Total Loss – Over ₹47,800 and Time
Between the inverter investment and the printhead replacement, we’ve already faced a loss of ₹47,800 INR, not to mention the time lost and the delay of our first UK order—something that hurts our brand’s reputation the most.
